Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.

Shipping usually takes just a few days however we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

RETURNS

Due to the discreet, sensitive and hygienic nature of the products we do not accept returns, however, we do have some exceptions such as: Manufacturer Defects (must be reported within 30 days.)

Items may only be returned if product is defective upon arrival. We will not accept returns for items that are not defective. Please make sure to request a RMA number before returning an item. You will have 30 days to request a RMA to process a return.

You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.

Defective Products:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

Lost/Stolen:

We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse. If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing claim.
